Course Description

Students who enroll in this course are students with a love of movement and getting involved in sport and fitness. A core component of this course is a 20 minute fitness circuit at the start of most classes. Students will be working towards both Unit and Achievement standards.

All learning resources will be supplied. Students will need PE gear.


Recommended Prior Learning

Students will have needed to show a good level of effort consistently across the year 11 Sport program to be entered into this course. For students who did not do Sport 100 they will need to be involved in a sport outside of school, and commit to the physical nature of this course.
