This course is the academic side of the Physical Education programme. Students will learn about the role and significance of physical activity in society as well as being involved in physical activity in group situations.

Contributions and Equipment/Stationery

All learning materials will be provided. Students will need to supply PE gear for the practicals.


Recommended Prior Learning

Students who have been successful in Level 1 Physical Education will have an advantage in this course. Students who have not completed Level 1 Physical Education will need to have good research and written skills in order to succeed in this subject.
