This course blends Physical and Outdoor Education, offering credits in both. You'll apply practical skills like rock climbing and mountain biking on and off campus. The curriculum includes a range of topics, from high ropes to group processes. This course requires trips to complete hands-on standards. To be eligible for some credits, you must attend these trips.

| Prerequisites: Active participation and engagement in junior HOPE What pathways does this subject lead to: OED and PED 200/300 Specific Requirements: Active participation, engagement with learning, trips and paperwork. Key Skills gained: Self-management, risk identification and minimisation, movement strategy Parental contribution: Food for their child for trips and camps. Gear requirements: Thermals, beanie, rain jacket, sun hat, woollen socks, fleece. Days out of school: Dependent on external factors, e.g: weather, consent, etc. | ||||||||
