Course Description

Outdoor Education aims to provide students with the opportunity to engage in hands-on challenging activities. Students will learn how to participate safely in outdoor activities while learning how to be prepared and manage themselves while in a variety of settings. Safety is priority one and in any situation where the risk is too high the activity will be postponed or cancelled.

Topics may include: Rock Climbing, Caving, Canyoning, Mountain Biking, Tramping, Kayaking, High/Low Ropes, First Aid, Overnight Camps, Movement Skills, Teamwork & Cooperation, Self Management, Risk Assessment.
