In Level 3 Biology ākonga explore a range of biological processes relating to humans, other animals and plants. Biology relates to careers in the health sciences, environmental sciences, botany and animal sciences. Topics include: Homeostasis, Human Evolution, Socio-scientific Issues, Plant and Animal Responses to the Environment, Human Manipulation of Genetics.
