Hospitality Unit Standards predominantly at level 2 are more industry focused and students can further extend their knowledge, skill level and practical application. Some Home Economics and Technology Achievement Standards may be offered at this level.

Food Technology Fee to cover cost of Food prepared in class $120. All work booklets are supplied; however students will need a 1B8 exercise book.
