Course Description

PE / Health

You get dropped off at [start] and you need to get to [End] as quickly as possible! Total distance [Number]! Running, cycling, swimming, kayaking, tubing, rafting. All through the term we will be working to increase our fitness 

Students will undertake a novel study of “Cuz” by Liz Van der Laarse.  In every A Module class you will complete a compulsory weekly Current Events Quiz and Physical Challenge.


Learning Objectives

  • To better understand cardiovascular fitness and how to improve it.
  • To grow interpersonal skills and develop effective relationships with peers in order to complete challenges
  • To read and demonstrate their understanding of a novel
